Mr. Davide Calderone (1968) after a brief experience as a researcher within the C.R.P.A. (Italian Research Center on animal Production), worked for 10 years at the “Consorzio del prosciutto di Parma” (Parma ham Consortia), at first stage as a Manager and then as Deputy Director, supporting the processing plants to apply the sanitary rules for the export of Parma ham in third countries and developing relationships with local and foreign Authorities on problems related to the production and the export of Parma ham. In 2010 he joined ASSICA as Deputy Director and was nominated Director in 2011.
