* The early bird fee is open until 9 July 2023, 23:59 hours CEST. From 10 July onwards, the regular registration fee applies. 

Extended early bird fee: until 31 July 2023, 23:59 hours CEST. From 1 August onwards, the regular registration fee applies.

Registration Conditions

The full registration fee includes:

  • Access to all plenary sessions
  • Access to all parallel sessions
  • Refreshments (daily) and catered lunches (Wednesday and Thursday)
  • Admission to special events:
    - IMS Committee meeting (Tuesday, for IMS members only)
    - Welcome reception (Wednesday)
    - Congress dinner (Thursday)

Conditions for cancellation

Cancellation

  • All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer Group | conferences & events in writing (e-mail: helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com).
  • Cancellations received before or on July 31, 2023 will be fully refunded minus a € 50 administration fee;
  • Cancellations received after August 1, 2023 but before or on September 10, 2023 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee minus a € 50 administration fee;
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after September 10, 2023 or registered participants who fail to attend;
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.

Refund
The appropriate refunds will be made after WMC 2023.
Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.
