Nils Toft is Technical Director and leading partner in IQinAbox ApS. Before that he was a Professor in Quantitative Epidemiology at the National Veterinary Institute at the Technical University of Denmark. He has worked with data driven modelling and monitoring in livestock production for the predominant part of his academic career, focusing on the use of register-based data, surveillance programs and diagnostic tests. At IQinAbox he puts the science into practice to improve the quality and utilization across all stakeholders in the pig production value chain. The solutions provided by IQinAbox unifies pig producers, slaughterhouses, feed companies and other stakeholders so that they all simultaneously gain maximum insight into the production. This allows everyone to become more effective while reducing climate impacts.
